Im much the same though I was married with children ,and didnt have the means or the money to go to all the raves that where about in the early days .The nearest I could get a was to tune into The Friday Rock show with Tommy Vance on Radio One it was my time .it ran from 10pm until 12 midnight if my memory serves me .Until MTV came on the scene that changed things .so got the visual as well as the Audio .can remember Peter Garbriels SledgeHammer making a big impression on me .Dire Straits had come onto the Scene too O(My mechanic at the garage around the corner was a Doppleganger for Mark Knofler funny enough )anyway thats some of my early memories .
